BESPOKE JOURNAL DEVELOPMENT

What You Teach Should Live Beyond the Moment You Share It

You have already built the framework, written the book, developed the methodology, created the course, or shaped a body of work that matters.

Clarity Print Co. Studio transforms that work into an original guided journal, a physical extension of your intellectual property designed to deepen engagement, expand the customer experience, and create new value for your brand.

INTRODUCING CLARITY PRINT CO. STUDIO

A private development studio for meaningful bodies of work.

Clarity Print Co. Studio is the private, high touch development arm of Clarity Print Co.

We partner with authors, founders, speakers, educators, and thought leaders to transform established intellectual property into bespoke guided journals, bringing together content architecture, editorial development, visual direction, and physical product design.

GIVE THE WORK ANOTHER LIFE

Bring the body of work. We’ll shape the journal.

A bespoke journal can extend what you have already built without requiring you to create an entirely new body of intellectual property.

It might become a companion to a book, a physical layer within a course or membership, an extension of a keynote or digital experience, a signature product, or part of a client or community experience.

A book can become a premium bundle. A course can become a physical experience. A framework can become a product people keep.

The strongest projects begin with ideas that have already been written, taught, tested, published, or shared.

You bring the body of work. Clarity Print Co. Studio shapes it into a journal designed to deepen engagement, increase perceived value, and create another way for that work to generate value.

A PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

The Studio Process

  1. 01

    Discover

We begin with your intellectual property, audience, product vision, and the role the journal should play. Source material is reviewed to identify the strongest opportunities for the journal.

  2. 02

    Architect

Potential directions are developed, then refined in a focused Architecture Session to shape the concept, structure, user journey, and recurring practices.

  3. 03

    Develop

The approved architecture guides editorial and visual development. Content, layout, visual language, materials, and specifications are refined through focused review and approval points.

  4. 04

    Produce

Once approved, final production files and packaging are prepared, manufacturing is coordinated, and freight and delivery are planned.

The Studio begins with two collaborations.

STUDIO FAQ

A few things you may be wondering

Do I need to write the journal myself, and how involved will I be?

No. Clarity Print Co. Studio leads the journal development process. You bring the source material, context, expertise, feedback, and approvals. Your involvement matters, but you are not responsible for figuring out or writing the journal on your own.

How long does the process take?

Most Clarity Print Co. Studio engagements span approximately six to eight months from source material intake through final delivery. The process includes Studio development, production preparation, manufacturing, freight, and delivery.

Timing may vary based on the volume of intellectual property, review cycles, production requirements, and shipping method.

What is the investment?

Each Clarity Print Co. Studio engagement is scoped individually based on the body of work, level of development required, product complexity, and intended use.

A bespoke journal does not have to rely on individual retail sales alone to create value. It may be sold as a standalone product, bundled with a book or program, incorporated into a membership or client experience, used alongside speaking or training, or produced for bulk and organizational use.

During the early Studio process, we consider the journal’s role in your business, audience, pricing, distribution, and production volume so the investment can be evaluated against a clear use case.

Manufacturing, inventory, and freight are scoped separately.

How do I know whether the investment makes sense for my business?

The journal should have a clear role in the business. For example, an author with 1,000 books in inventory could pair the book with a journal at events and create a premium bundle priced $100 higher. Selling 250 bundles creates $25,000 in additional gross revenue. Selling 500 creates $50,000. Across 1,000 books, the potential is $100,000 in additional gross revenue.

The same thinking can apply to courses, speaking engagements, memberships, client experiences, and signature offers.

These are revenue scenarios, not profit projections. Development, manufacturing, freight, fulfillment, and other costs still need to be considered.

What happens after I start a Studio conversation?

After you click Start a Studio Conversation, you’ll answer four short questions about your body of work, where it is in development, how you might use the journal, and the investment range you’re considering. From there, you’ll continue to scheduling.

What if I’m interested in Studio but not ready for full development?

Not every project needs a full bespoke engagement. The Studio Architecture Intensive is a focused strategy engagement designed to define the journal concept, architecture, and product development strategy before moving into full editorial, visual, and physical development.

The Intensive translates your existing body of work into a clear product direction, overall journal structure, reader journey, recurring elements, and development priorities.

For some clients, the Intensive is the right scope on its own. If full bespoke development is a better fit, Clarity Print Co. Studio will recommend that path instead.
